The guy may truly be an idiot, but I can see him flipping over TT here. We could say he'd re-raise JJ, but I don't think it would be uncommon to say he'd be able to flip over TT-JJ here.

Then again, You also see donks mucking AQ/AJ/AT/Underpairs if he really sucks.
