One fishy EP limper.

I reaise to $8 on the button with (I will ofen make this raise with crap), blinds fold, fishy calls.

Flop is :Kh: ~$16 in the pot
Fishy bets $2, I raise to $10, fishy calls

Turn is ~$36 in the pot
Fishy bets $2, I raise to $10, fishy calls

River is $56 in the pot
Fishy bets $22, I fold

Even a fish couldve been capable of hitting the flop and min betting to entice raises until the river where he had to decide how much you would call..thats my worst case scenario for ya
