First of all was this hand. This guy was really aggressive . I thought given his aggressive tendancies that he might be trying to isolate shortie with a less than spectacular hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP3 ($12.40)
CO ($6.60)
Hero ($10.75)
SB ($3.20)
BB ($10.55)
UTG ($13.40)
UTG+1 ($9.90)
MP1 ($12.85)
MP2 ($4.15)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, Q.
3 folds, MP2 raises to $0.20, MP3 raises to $0.40, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.20, 2 folds, MP2 calls $1, MP3 raises to $12.40, Hero calls $9.55 (All-In), MP2 folds.

Flop: ($24.50) 9, 9, 4 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: ($24.50) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($24.50) T (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $24.50

And then later on, this happened. I think I would have called if there was just one of them, but the guy smooth calling all the aggression scared me.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero ($12)
MP1 ($4)
MP2 ($9.90)
MP3 ($4.90)
CO ($13.95)
Button ($37.65)
SB ($8.30)
BB ($11.50)
UTG ($12.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A, A.
UTG calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.60, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.60, 3 folds, SB calls $0.55, 1 fold, UTG folds.

Flop: ($2) 7, K, 7 (3 players)
SB bets $0.50, Hero raises to $2, MP2 calls $2, SB raises to $3.50, Hero folds, MP2 calls $1.50.

Turn: ($11) 2 (2 players)
SB bets $4.20 (All-In), MP2 calls $4.20.

River: ($19.40) 8 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $19.40

The first hand I think I would definitely just call the second raise and fold to a push, atleast from a stack that big. The raises were tiny, but a raise and a reraise still means some kind of strength unless this was very typical from these players [ which wouldnt be surprising]. I hate being in these spots where I get 2 small raises ahead of me with QQ, but I personally feel a flat call is best. Whe MP2 calls your raise and MP3 pushes, I think you should fold here, but its very close because there range can be pretty wide, but Id be surprised to be better than a coinflip here.

On the second hand, I dont really like the flop play. Id raise a little bit bigger, to atleast the size of the pot, with a raise of just $1.50 you are getting good pot odds with the pot being over $9, but you only really have 4 outs (2 7s and 2 As), so Im not all that sure about what to do here. For 4 outs you need to be getting 10.5:1, you arent but if you hit you should get their stacks so the implied odds should be good enough, but I can see folding here, I just dont know if I would be able to do it.

I put him on exactly 7x.

If he has KK then the 7 isnt an out anyway, (hell have KKK77, ill have 777AA).

If he has 7x then the 7 isnt an out, 7777x against my 777AA.

I have 2 outs against all of the hands that beat me, and I cant put both of them on a pair of Kings.

After thinking about it, you are right, I just did a quick count of what would give you a boat. With the call behind you and a raise Id be pretty sure somebody has some kind of hand, I dont know what 7 would be in this hand after a 6xBB raise, Id be folding 77 even, but with the play at these tables I could see some random 7xs hand playing from a donk. I guess with only 2 outs youd have to fold here, I just hate doing it because its such a small raise, but its the right play if you stop and think about it. So looking over the hand again Id say the only thing Id change is making a larger raise on the flop, but thats about it really.

Yup. I figured him for A7 or 67,78 sorta something... or a horribly butchered KK,AK that just wasnt likely at all.
