Please check your hand history logs, I DID NOT FOLD THIS HAND, I saw I had pocket kings then the action was comming around and it folded my hand!!
I am not happy about this, as KK is the second best starting hand in Holdem.!!
Please explain. I am a little upset over this.

This is there response.
Hello MrHAPPY333,
Thank you for your e-mail.
I have performed several audits on the hand in question to see how and why
this hand was folded, as you state that you did not select the fold button.
Upon taking a closer look at this hand, it was indeed folded due to the
fact that you had 'checked' the 'check/fold' preselect box. This can be
seen as your 'action' or 'fold' took zero seconds to perform. When a
players 'action' takes zero seconds to perform, that is 100% evidence that
the preselect or 'automatic action' boxes were used during this hand.
I wish you the very best of luck on the tables.
Regards,
Rob M

You can obv. only use check/fold in the BB preflop. You are MP1. One of you is lying.

I have clicked the "auto fold to any bet" box by accident before, although it hasn't happened many times.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Yeah, my Windows Update decided to run riot on my slow computer yesterday and time out all my hands... when on one table I was on the good side of AA vs. KK with 150BB stacks.. With an AK flop as well.
First time I'd felt that tilty all-out rage feeling in at least a month.

when multitabling, and clicking from one table to another I have several times accidently clicked on a button, especially when looking over a hand history and jumping over to the table. I have several times min raised with grabage, and once a called an all-in with garbage to suck out and win the hand. Since then I am much more cautious where I place that arrow

Take six, great observation!!
I emailed them again with this info, and this is what they sent back.
From POKERSTARS.
Hello Mrhappy333,
That is technically true. When you are not in the BB the pre-action box is
simply denoted 'Fold', rather than 'Check/Fold'. I would like to say that in
over 7 billion hands our software has *never* taken an incorrect action like
this.
Unfortunately it is probably too late for you to send us your PokerStars log
files, as they are removed after 24 hours. But if you haven't opened the
software since the incident happened they may still be intact. We can use
the log files to determine exactly where you clicked.
To help you find the log files I've provided step-by-step instructions
below.
The log files we're referring to are called "pokerstars.log.0"
and "pokerstarsupdate.log" and "pokerstarscommunicate.log" if present.
These files can be found in your PokerStars folder on your computer.
If you installed the program to the default directory upon
installation, you can find the files by doing the following:
1. Double click "My Computer" on your desktop
2. Double click "C:" to view your hard drive
3. Double click "Program Files"
4. Scroll down and double click on "PokerStars"
5. Locate "pokerstars.log.0", "pokerstarsupdate.log.0" and
"pokerstarscommunicate.log"
6. Attach these files to an email and send them to
support@pokerstars.com
If you cannot find the "PokerStars" folder or you do not see these
files, then you can find them by doing the following:
1. Click on "Start" in the lower left corner of your screen
2. Go to "Find"
3. Move your mouse to the right and click on "Files or Folders..."
4. Type in "pokerstars.log" in the space to the right of "Named:" in
the window that pops up.
5. Click "Find Now".
6. Drag this file into an email to attach it and send it to
support@pokerstars.com.
7. Repeat this process and enter "pokerstarsupdate.log" in
the "Named:"
field to find the second file to send to us.
If you have any difficulty, please let me know and I will help you.
Just let me know at which step you run into trouble.
Regards,
Adrian

For all Stars multi-tablers who cascade their tables it's much better to cascade from top left to bottom right as opposed to top right to bottom left. This way the buttons on the bottom right of each windows will be covered and you aren't as likely to misclick on them.

Meh.
I myself had a moment of WTF IS THIS SHIT on stars a few weeks ago, where I was 100% that I paired my kicker in a rebuy tourney. After exchanging a few emails with support, sending them logs and so on, they gave me the entry + rebuy fees back into my account. (I never asked for such a thing, it was only 25$ and the integrity of the software is more important to me. Though I must say that if it had happened in a 109$ I'd have been slightly more upset.) I have since decided to believe that my eyes tricked me after all, as I have never experienced or heard of anything similar before or since.
You clicked the fold to any bet button without knowing. Seriously.
(But if this had been party, it would have been a completely different story. Many a time have I autofolded unintentionally over there.)
Edit: and btw, if you can't work out how to attach some log files to an email then there's no wonder you're making an occasional fuckup while multitabling)

There's 100% and there's 99.9%. You are a human. Humans make mistakes. Very often the humans making the mistakes "KNOW" that they didn't make the mistake. Don't tell me there's not a shadow of doubt in your mind that you could have accidentally clicked the autofold button without noticing?
Software makes mistakes too (or rather, the humans designing the software do, but that's another discussion), but software mistakes will typically happen somewhat periodically. I think that if Stars software was autofolding (or like in my case, showing me the wrong board card) hands every now and then, we would have heard PLENTY of stories about it.
I don't think I will discuss this further, as there is nothing anyone can say that will convince you that you could be wrong.
I'm 100% certain ( ) that the one that needs to do some fucking off here is not me. And btw, reveiling your hole cards while the hand is in progress is not allowed...

your 100% right, I could have made a mistake. I posted this to see if it happened to anyone else. If it didn't which It sounds like it hasn't, then I feel better knowing that I probly fucked up and it wasn't the software. Cause as we all know, computers fuck up too.
The prob with my email, is I just got DSL recently and it switched me from msn mail to Yahoo mail, and theres 2 versions of the yahoo mail.
The new email software and browser is not working to well yet.
that is all.

mrhappy, I'm tempted to lock or move this thread but I guess it is a valid topic (ok, that's sketchy) and there's really no place where it fits in. Online poker rooms, maybe, but I've always thought that was more about bonuses and such. I don't know that I've ever gone in that forum to be honest.
Anyway, as an objective bystander, the odds that this was just a screwup on your end compared to a screwup with the software are astronomical. [x] fold to any bet OR [x] fold. You should at least consider the possibility.
Also, watch the tone. The only place where it's acceptable to cuss other members out is the community.

sorry for the tone before, wont happen again.
Hello Mrhappy333,
I am afraid there is not much we can to re-assure you that our system
acted as it should have. You must have misclicked and folded the hand in
error.
I am sorry we are not available to further assist you with this issue and
suggest that you send your log files whenever you experience a similar
situation.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
