i fold preflop.

my rationale and experience is that with garbage like this when you hit one pair you need to be able to fold it easily, when you hit a good made hand (two pair or trips) you most often get no/little action or are agaisnt a dominating made hand (getting action with K5 on KK7 can be costly), and drawing in NL is more difficult and less often a good idea than in LHE.

edit: also, position. K5 in SB is ensured the worst with an often costly hand.

fold preflop (other than for the flush, your hand is useless)

but king high flush is definitely all in when its 3 card flush, just one of those rough things ala set over set
