Lay these Queens down?I'm thinking if he has the Cowboys or Rockets I just have to pay him off(in my early days I may have foded these no hesitation).

You rasied 3xBB and he just flat calls, not many players will just flat call a 3xBB raise with KK but the fact you got check raised and he waited untill the turn would mean set. Its difficult to put him on an overpair. You did only have $17 commited theres no need to pay him an additional $80. With 3xBB raise you woulda been raising a similar fashion with something like AJs if your opponent reraises cause he thinks you perhaps have top pair so your best case result would prob be tie ( very unlikey )
