I folded after considerable thought. Didn't have any notes on the player except that he hadn't played a lot of pots, had a big stack, and was therefore probably tight. I smelled AK... what do you think?

That's a little too conservative for me. I raise it UTG at least 60% of the time - call the rest and hope someone else raises to weed out the competition.
