Both opps are are tight/passive. Live game.
Hero is BB with 99, UTG+2 makes it 12 to go, Button min-raises to 24.

How deep are the stacks? You are behind and need odds for a set.
Will you get paid off set vs. overpair?

Both are fairly big stacks. They're probably the biggest stacks at the table. It's $100 max buy in, and each are sitting at about 300-400. I have about 150 on me.

Stupid easy fold. The biggest problem here is your exposure to a 3-bet.

Not worth the call for set value? What if I was in late position?

the problem is after you call it is pretty likely it will be raised again. Then maybe even again before it gets to you. Do you call this time? what if its raised behind you again... how many raises will you call before you fold?
Best to call when only 1 person is raising so you know it will not be raised again behind you

Plus you don't have odds to hit a set unless both hands are paying you off, or if you think your hand might be good on a low flop.
Easy fold.
