Yes. He either has the boat or he makes a stupid bet with JT. If he has just the T, then you should stay on his side and take his money later.

Are you worried about JT or a set hitting a boat? I don't hink a set plays this slow on that board. So, JT is the only hand that scares you. You both checked to this guy, so he's obligated to take a stab. The problem is if you call, you don't know if the guy behind you will push. At best you split a pot. I think folding is OK here.

I think checking the turn is best. The only hand that beats you now is JT. There is no flush draw, and a set doesn't play the this particular flop like that. You disguised your draw by betting the flop, now if you think your hand is best you should slow down and let someone else represent the strait you just made.


I don't think anyone made a boat on the river for the reasons given abive. If you are folding out of fear of JT, why call the min raise on the turn?

only jt beats you i cant see a set betting hat turn that hard surely not? If opp rivers the boat then i dont like how he plays it, just got lucky. I might pay JT on the river
