Yup I realized that the PF call was stupid

But as played, calling 20.75 on a 79.50 pot is correct pot odds or am I missing something here?

Once you get to the flop, yes. Pot odds decry call, or just push.

the pot odds are lower than the odds to hit the flush (35%).

First one looks fine...second one is horrid all the way around...donk-raise oop preflop, donk-bet the flop, then call 'almost' allin on a draw...12 of your outs were clean but then you happened to be up against a set, so not really, but you might as well push the flop rather than call off most of your stack when you aren't folding on the turn...

I agree with Horror, horrible bet pre flop if you are going to raise, then raise. that is just ugly shit with not even that good of a starting hand especially OOP. raise 4-6 BB whenever you raise and stop fucking around. Your 1.20 bet on the flop is screaming flush draw to me. it is just asking me to re-raise you cause you are so week, and I do not want to give you pot odds on the flop.

the all in with this hand is -EV. dont do it anymore. all you have is 12 outs 4 tens and the 8 remaining diamonds. I wouold not consider the Jacks or Aces outs here. looks like you are going agains a High PP or maybe a set

I think they had no problems with the pot odds, it was right on the money. 12 clean outs = 45% to hit.

However, there were flaws in how I played the hand (min raising OOP). I really dont mind the 1.20 so called donk bet on the flop..
