With no reads how do you just put him on a flush draw? Out of convenience?

He called your 4xBB raise and you don't give him credit for a K here. Why not? It looks like he has a K with a scared kicker to me. He is clearly calling you down with KTs-AK. My best guess is KTs or KJs After he calls your turn bet, you must know your are beat or he is a big fish that needs a place on your buddy list.
You did the betting for him. Don't play this hand from out of position this way. You can't gain any information on the opponent. I wouldn't suggest playing this so aggressive from OOP with no reads. You would probably lose less money letting him make the mistake of betting in a way to keep you in the hand. If you don't give him credit for the K, then check/call a reasonable flop bet, and check the turn. He may bet enough to give you odds to draw. Probably not, but this isn't the hand to guess on. And to be honest that is what you are doing here from OOP.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

My reasoning was like this: His check-call on the flop could be a better hand (K or set), or a draw (67 or 2 other spades). Even a middle pair could call my cbet here. So the check at the turn seemed weak again, so I semi-bluffed. Another call.. Now I put him on the draw; set would checkraise most of the times, K or middle pair would raise the flop.. River was blank so I thought I had odds (6/20, about 30%) to try and make the missed draw fold. Turns out opp is just passive..

Why not check behind on the river? If he is on a draw your AQ high should hold up enough of the time to make a check more profitable than a 1/3rd pot sized bet. No better hands are folding (except maybe A5 of spadeS? thats all i can think of), and no worse ones are calling.
