Any time you make a medium set or quads out of position
and there's a big pair or full with a big pair, you can usually
get some action.

But, what are you doing calling JT out of position?

It was a little-action-preflop-kind of table that made it possible to make more calls like this than I normally would

Does this mean fewer raises or fewer people doing anything?

Still a fold preflop. Don't even waste your time.

It meant that there was very few preflop raises at all - besides my own. The players liked to start the action post flop.

Still out of position.

Position doesn't really matter so much with quads, so just flop 'em every time and you'll be fine.

I'm never folding 9To again. Once I flopped a boat with 92s and I haven't folded it since. But hey, nice.

I actually once folded pocket tens to a raise, and "flopped" the set.I ended up turning the quads.Meanwhile a maniac kept betting and raising and took down the final pot.

I folded pocket kings once because I got disconnected. I reconnected midhand and got a king on the flop and the 4th king on the river.

fortunately, it was a while ago on .01/.02 and the pot was like 12 cents, so whatever.
