I really don't like ur line too much, too passive IMO. To me, the check/call flop minraise turn by UTG represents a set or str8. And since the only hand that beats u on the turn is 56 (unlikely imo), i would probably reraise there. If you are going to call, i don't see how you can put villain on flush on river, so you should have raised the river. To aviod the hard river tho, i would have reraised the turn.

What if he bets 2/3 of the pot or potbets the river after i called his miniraise on the turn and checked on the river?
Do i always lead out on the river?

I like it unless you think he's stupid enough to stack off on the turn with a worse hand. If that's the case, I make it like $25 and stick the rest in on any river.
