Preflop: Hero is BB with T, 7. UTG+1 posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.25, UTG+1 (poster) checks, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1.75) T, 3, 7 (7 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.7, UTG raises to $3.4, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $3.40, CO folds, SB folds, Hero ?

Pump it up and try to take this on the flop. Fold to a reraise as 33 is very possible... you don't want to see a river on this one
Roll Rebuilding (for the second time). Current; $1600 from $300 (previous, $2300 from $15)

UTG is worrysome, but I would expect a flat call sometimes out of his strongest hands with the rest of the field to act. Probably something like AT/KT/JT/T9 raising to "see where he's at".

Not at all worried about the half-buy, his call just means he has a piece and will probably call the rest off.

You're up against a short-buy and a guy who posted a newbie blind from early position. Those are two red flags that you shouldn't have any respect for either of these players. The newbie blind could have anything, including a worse two-pair than yours, and he's probably calling if you go all-in.

Push. You could just "reraise big" but that is the same as pushing really, since smallstack is all-in already and the other guy won't have much left if he calls. And if one of em flips 33, pray for your 6 outs to get the overboat.
