I put him on A/K, A/Q, etc - but didn't want him to have a backdoor flush, etc.. how can i play this to extract value?

It wouldn't be a backdoor flush, there are two hearts on the flop...

by three betting here you've pretty much turned your hand face up. Though pelzmeisters raise isn't really enough to get it heads up....hmmm

I think I just call here and hope a heart doesn't come on the turn. Obviously raise the turn or lead out for pot if no heart.

If a heart comes its a toughy.

he has so much more than AK/AQhh here, i wouldn´t mind another heart falling, except it might kill the action for us.

i´d call flop, c/r turn, see him flipping over an overpair a large percentage of the time.
