I'd push the turn, pot is 8 and UTG only has 15 behind...just to cut out those draws. If he wants to gamb00ol with a draw so be it.
If any of the draws hit the river, you've really got no idea where you are. Get your money in on the turn and make him pay for his draw. He is obv on a draw - check calling, then donking the river spade...
Tho with his stats I see you really want him to stay in the hand, with SD and FD I'm probably not taking the risk to let him draw out.

I raise to $1.25 or $1.50 pre-flop and bet closer to pot on the flop with it multi-way and a few draws on the board. More on the turn too vs. a possible station (although I don't even have stats show up on my HUD until I get 25 hands on an opponent). River is a call.

Pre and flop are quibbles, but I bet what he has left behind on the turn.
