Maybe just min raise the turn, its hard to judge if you could have kept UTG+1 in or not.
Why not a fold preflop?

Are you talking about folding to the minraise, or to the reraise ($8)? I think folding to the minraise is pretty silly as I very often have the best hand plus position, and as for calling the reraise, I getting huge pot odds to do so, as I have to call $4 into a $35 pot.
