I think I played the hand really badly. I'm not playing well today. I don't think I should have checkraised the flop with a low flush. I should have lead out with it. I think betting the turn is fine.
On the river, I think I should have checked when the board pairs up (I was playing sloppy and didn't actually realize the board paired at the time). If villain does bet I don't think I can fold without reads on him even though he probably has me beaten most of the time.

What do you think about the hand? I hate how I played the flop and river.
A worse hand isn't calling me on the river (except a very unlikely QQ, KK or AA or AsJo. But even these sorts of hands should be an easy fold for most players).

Sounds good. The way you played it I'd def. check the river. If you just keep leading I'd lead the river.
