You need to give more information with your HH besides just villian's stats.
It basically comes down if you want to play it for the best hand or for pot control.

I'm calling. You're wa/wb and I think a tight player might find a fold to a 3-bet with hands you beat. If river's a blank I'm c/c'ing.

I know he never bluffs, but you think he checks back Qx here if a 4th heart doesn't fall? I doubt it. I'd rather c/c and avoid a raise.

you're rarely beat. Sets usually raise the flop. He could have QT i guess.
This is 25nl and we have a verys strong hand vs a pool of players that can't fold and doesn't bet thin.

I don't think sets usually raise the flop at 25nl.

Thanks for the replies. I played this one like a donkey, I shoved over, he instacalled with Q2 but I spiked the K on the river.

What other information would be useful? This guy doesn't seem totally awful but he can't let go of big hands on the flop. He stacked off with QQ against my KK which hit a K on the flop. Also stacked off with 77 on a T63 flop and bluff minraised a missed AJs on a Kxx rainbow flop.

his vpip is ok, but what we really need to know (somthing our 45348573458 tabing TAGGs cant often tell us) is how weak does he stack off and how does he read the board versus the strength of his hand.
