Villain is fairly new to the table - no real read.

BB ($7.40)
UTG ($0.61)
Hero ($7.90)
CO ($5.65)
Button ($5.05)
SB ($12.92)
Preflop: Hero is MP with T , Q .
UTG calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.15, 3 folds, BB raises to $0.3, UTG folds, Hero calls $0.15.
Flop: ($0.67) A , J , 8 (2 players)
BB bets $0.7, Hero raises to $2.7, BB calls $2.
Turn: ($6.07) 3 (2 players)

(In addition, what should my flop raise have been? Was this too much?)

Assume villain has the AK with diamond or AA for the set and bomb the turn. Always bet the max that a weaker hand will call, so I don't think that your flop raise was too big at all. Villain ony has $4.40 behind and the pot is $6, so dump the rest of villains stack in.

Push or fold? Why would you think of folding? You are only beat by a flopped nut flush, which would have likely pushed over you on flop.
Flop raise was a little larger than I'd generally make, but thats because I wouldn't want him to fold to a large bet. It's good that you aren't allowing a Kd to draw cheaply.
Push the turn, thats about $5 into $6, but I'd expect him to fold. Even if he does, thats still a good sized pot to take down.
