He's probably not going to "just call" the flop, then raise the turn when a blank falls without a jack.
Edit: I didn't see that he raised preflop, so it's possible he might be doing this with a high pair, but I doubt it.

Difficult, becasue apart from the jack you also have any 9 or any pair 8 or above beating you. Plus he was the pre-flop raiser UTG+1...
So it depends on your read of him. If he's a bit of a gambler, or if he habitually minimum raises preflop, i can see him raising you here with AQ or AK or KQ or A-rag.
However if he's been playing good hands then maybe get the hell out.
Re-raise or fold, depending on how he's been playing, i guess.

My read was that he didn't have a higher PP unless he had the 8s (raised more than min with 9s or higher). The min-raise was what got me, I thought maybe he raised 10Js or something like that and got lucky with the flop. I was thinking maybe he hit the 9 on the turn? (maybe he had A9s?).
