Opp just sat down, so no reads at all.

SB ($3)
Hero ($9.50)
UTG ($9.55)
MP ($9.90)
CO ($10.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5, 2.
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, 1 fold, Button calls $0.10, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.40) 7, J, T (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($0.40) 5 (4 players)
SB bets $0.2, Hero calls $0.20, MP calls $0.20, Button calls $0.20.

River: ($1.20) 8 (4 players)
SB bets $0.6, Hero raises to $2, MP raises to $9.6, Button folds, SB folds, Hero...

Without a read, I think that this seems like a pretty obvious fold. That said, the overbet all in makes it pretty tempting to call. Smells like bluff or scared straight to me.

Not alot...If you were playing on implied odds, you would have to call his reraise on the river, which you did...I dont know but i fold turn...

Well, you don't have to do anything. We make decisions based on the information we have, if that information changes, we can and should change our plan. That is the case here. I would have called the turn based on our outs to flush, 2pair, trips using implied odds to justify it. Once we see he is not afraid of the flush I would have to re-evaluate though. Folding cuts our loses if we expect to lose by calling. Nothing wrong with cutting your loses even if you paid to draw. I am not saying that is the way it SHOULD be played, just that I would have played it thusly.
