FWIW:

1: I fold this preflop in early position and usually middle position too
2: Standard, well played
3: I fold this preflop in any position but checking BB

Hand1:
I sometimes make the same mistakes with a hand like this...
First mistake is not to fold it PF in this position and second is to slowplay it till the river I guess. I would've re-raised turn.

Hand2: I would've pushed preflop. EDIT: after his raise of course.

Hand3: I consider myself semi-loose and I never play hands like this. I don't push the flop with Q high flush when I don't have a clue what other people are holding.
