No real read on bettor -- he just arrived. Should I raise with this hand? Fold it preflop out of position if I won't call a bet with this flop? How do you guys treat QJo on a loose/passive table?

Villian is shortstack movein artist -- thought he would've moved preflop with a higher pair. I thought antieup might have me beat, and would've folded if he called or pushed -- I even considered folding to his limp reraise preflop, but he was really aggro preflop (although, oddly, passive postflop). O.k. way to handle 10s?
