1. I probably bet less, maybe 6.5 or 7 on the flop and call the flop raise. Then i would bet the largest amount on the turn that wouldn't commit me if he pushes over it, at which point i would fold.
2. Looks good.
3. Just push the flop instead of betting exactly his stack. It looks more like you have a draw and he'll gamble with you more.
