Re-Raise, you have top pair, and possible flush draw. Put him all in. Or call

Pump it

Raise it to 400 ish. You have to feel your hand is good here, and even if it isn't, you have 9 outs to the nuts.

400 is a callable amount, and I would want a call here. I would also call if he reraises over the top of me all in, even though I would put him on 2 pair/set. This is just because of my style, I love to double up early in these MTTs, and i'll risk a 9 outer once if I have to.

I'm not sure why the stage of the tournament matters. You obviously have this guy crushed. Raise, and if he reraises, move all-in.

Are you afraid to win chips too early in the tournament?

RESULTS (post before if you'd like)

I push and he calls and flips over AK. I freeroll for his stack and miss, so we split.

I think I'm smooth calling here, it's early and I want to win a big pot. You can't believe he is raising with a str8 draw with two spades out, so you're either way ahead and drawing to the nuts or way behind and drawing to the nuts, either way the next card off is not going to scare you, and he may bet out.

I am a still learning, but I would just call. You have a pair of Aces and a 50% chance of getting a NUT flush. I would guess he has a SET of 8's...maybe 5's.

If Turn is A 8 or 5...be very careful of a Full House. If it's NOT and you have your flush I would Bet 75% of POT at least. If neither I would check since you only have a 25% chance at a Flush. If he bets big...I might...FOLD.

River--You get your flush bet the POT....if not check and fold.

Maybe if this was a 200+ buyin, but I don't give much credit to most of the 20+2 players.

how about this one, also early in a tourney:

JJ in LP. UTG limps in, another limps, MP raises about 3xBB and I re-raise with half my stack (i'm in the top 10%) hoping to get him HU. instead, UTG calls and so does MP.

flop is low rags and UTG goes all-in. MP calls. should i fold and keep playing with my half-stack, or call all-in?

I'm plaing for stacks here every time. Particularly with the A in hand. Yeah, it's 100BB stacks but the play in these things is too fishy.
