Sorry it took so long for this most recent 1-1
Hand 1)
I have villain @ 18/14/3.8 over 353 hands. Nothing about him from the past stands out too much in the way of wtf, and my view of him is standard TAG.
Here's my thinking of his hand on the turn after his check raise:
I don't think he'd 3.5x my bet with a boat, so I'm discounting a lot of hands there. I could see him doing this with AA but why so much? Would 8x do this ie. make it 3.5x? My only thoughts are to set up a perfect pot size shove on the river.

Hand 2)
Villain is a 14/11/2.1 reg with looser than average blind re-steal attempts. I didn't bother betting flop because I felt like he was the type to check raise me in this spot, and I wasn't comfortable getting it in because of how deep we are. Getting two streets of value in the hand is my plan. On the turn, jackpot. This time I say fuck the check raise cause I has top set right?

hand 1: i would read too much into the bet sizing, you bet pretty small when checked to. And yeah sets up good stacks for river. I'd probably fold turn without a read putting him on boats mostly. Dont think he's bluffing much when you can have 8x+ in your range easily
hand 2: i still bet the flop we're sorta close to the top of our range since we wanna call pre with lots of speculative stuff this deep vs a wide range.
If we wanna bet our air, i think we have to bet the flop
