im just wondering if I played it right, i was considering checking the flop to get a free card but decided to bet because I coulda won the pot right there. This is a 1/2 NL cash game. Thanks for the opinions.

Same raise PF.
Bet the flop, fold to flop raise.

min raise...*alarm bells*. 'Course I sometimes use this min raise as a bluff against known folders...
I probably call and fold to a blank turn. Pushing can work if you think your opponent thinks you have a possibility of being ahead. Unless you pegged him for value-min-raises, this is a tough line.

Hmmm.. I think the flop bet was WEAK.
Pot was 26 and you bet 12 (asking to get raised).
I bet this to 16 and then take the hand from there.
I'll see how much villian reraises and then it's pot odds time.

Preflop: Position raise is fine.
Flop: Bet more on the pot.Reraise flop.
Turn:Push City is fine.You have a flush draw and OESD.
