I figured with the large pot I had good odds to suck out the medium stack with my nut flush draw (roughly 2:1 I believe). How does my play look? Sorry in advance for the hand history - damn iPoker skins.

flush draw is 3.7-to-1 to hit so 2-to-1 on your money is a losing preposition...unelss you have fold equity.Since villain is shortstacked they're liekly to call anywaysWOuld I push?Probably.

This seems to be 5NL so Villain isn't really shortstacked. He's the equivalent of a $30 stack at 50NL.

I personally don't like the push. Lay it down and wait for a better spot. It's pretty obvious you're gonna get called so without fold equity this is -EV play.

Ofcourse he's not gonna lay down TP. He's probably even calling with middle pair. Hell, I'd call this with TP too.. noone is pushing there with a made hand most of the time, it's almost always a draw or speculative hand.
