First of all, is checking the flop a bad idea?
Once I have the straight flush, how do I get the most value out of this hand? Do I need to bet more on the river?

Yes. But I dump this turkey pre-flop, although if the table was this good it can't be that big of a mistake.

Would be a nice river bet, but I like betting more than 1 street when I flop the nuts with lots of money behind...
