I'd prolly fold b/c your cards are so low. He prolly has you beat with higher clubs and its not worth the odds when you only have 10c in the pot

i think this was sarcastic

snap call, his range includes lots of hands other than made flushes
also like you said, even if youre behind you still have some equity so that just makes it even more of a call
