The pot odds to call were just over 4:1 to call pre flop and if we put a villan on AK or AQ you are 3:2 dog and therefore have the pot odds to call. As it runed out you were up against KK and you were 4:1 dog and again were given pot odds to call.
On the flop you are 50-50 against KK and HUGE FAVORITE against AK or AQ and even 52-48% against AKd. So in a long run I like the posh as a +EV move because of the fold equity and when you do get called you are still in a coin flip mode.

I think in the long run you'd make the same amount of money on average in this hand no matter what your play was, call or push. A semi bluff like that tends to be a little more successful when you are the opener tho.

When I'm the opener nothing is comparable about the hands though.

I don't like your play. You are only going to get called by an over pair or a Jack better kicker. You could extract more money by betting smaller.
Really it's +EV any way you play it, though.
