Played a bunch of both this morning.

Random FR player tends to check this this flop, almost never double barrel the turn and is capable of folding the river.

$1/$2 No Limit Holdem
6 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG Rugbythunder ($197.50)
UTG+1 payton1985 ($46.00)
CO o'gallo ($163.15)
BTN NeoRJF ($191.00)
SB Hero ($198.00)
BB TheXC ($386.30)

Pre-flop: ($3, 6 players) Hero is SB
Rugbythunder calls $2, 3 folds, Hero calls $1, TheXC checks

Flop: ($6, 3 players)
Hero checks, TheXC checks, Rugbythunder bets $4, Hero calls $4, TheXC folds

Turn: ($14, 2 players)
Hero checks, Rugbythunder bets $6, Hero calls $6

River: ($26, 2 players)
Hero bets $12, Rugbythunder calls $12

Final Pot: $50
Rugbythunder shows:
Hero shows:

Hero wins $47.60 ( won +$23.6 )
TheXC lost -$2.00
Rugbythunder lost -$24.00

Fascinating.

I've been dabbling with a little 6-max lately.

So I should be loosening up a bit postflop as there's more double-triple barreling?

I see a lot of betting/stabbing by random limpers on random flops in FR.

However I agree with that they would almost never DB this turn and/or call the river.

Not nearly as reliable as it is in 6-max. I checked a lot expecting an auto-bet and was disappointed. At 6-max, they learn how to bet out with their crap that wasn't even worthy of a pre-flop raise.
