I would probably reraise to around $7. Going all-in there is just a good way to get dominated hands to fold. The purpose of reraising is to extract a bit more from dominated hands, and also limit the number of players in the pot. Going all-in succeeds in the latter, but fails in the former, since your opponents are probably going to fold everything other than K-K.

Yes, you were too aggressive. You definately need to keep raising, but not that much. I wouldn't have gone any higher than $10, but like the previous poster said, $7 would have done the trick.

Yep, re-raise just a little more, (or just call), see the flop, let him take a stab at it, then push.

Tricky play... After his re-raise, take a very long pause, just call. He will almost certainly bet the flop, (depending on the board, you could pause again and just call, then push on the turn), or just push after he made his flop bet. Very risky play, (wouldn't do it with KK) but will get the most money possible.
Lack of Discipline and Over-Confidence... The root of all poker evil.

I agree in not showing. The guy was whining. If you muck, you leave him wondering; probably could nail him next time with a good hand.
