Had no respect for his all ins since he would all-in preflop with crap like K7o... I thought maybe he caught a two pair or lower flush... was my play ok?

Pump it or dump it preflop
In this case probably the latter
Hard to spot those cowboys though, especially if he was playing rags beforehand

Hard to see the KK coming, but he raised preflop, and then re-raised you post flop and you were still drawing.
I would've layed down the AT earlier.

True, but at this level I'm willing to pay a minraise preflop to have a look at the flop with a potentially powerful hand, especially since this guy was raising AI so often with near junk pre & post flop (I basically camped and waited for monsters preflop or paid the 25c with potentially powerful hands)... and with the straight/flush draw I thought my odds were fair considering he was only betting 50c each time...
At a higher level I would definately dump this preflop to a raise.
With a GSSD and flush draw my outs are 13; isnt paying 75c and 50c to draw here OK considering if I hit I would have the nut straight/flush?

I don't think your play was bad at all. You had a good draw and paid the right price to hit it.
You had a read that this guy was a donkey and you went with it...his preflop raise was weak - no way you can see kings there...just turned out you caught on the one hand that he actually had cards.
