I don't mind the slowplay on flop too much but I always like to bet the flop when you have it and when you don't.
Looks to me like both of you are slowplaying. I bet he has J8 or 88 and slowplayed his 2 pair. I have lost many buy-ins on FH to better FH or set v. FH.
I call anyway.
Another problem is his AI on the river smells. Either he has the nuts or he doesn't. The AI river bet without the nuts is idiotic b/c the only hands that make that call have you crushed like in this case where you have a FH.

SB, he could have anything.
Why check the flop when it's 5 way action? Especially when you're practically closing action.
You can find a fold here if you respect the player.

What rilla said. If you think he's a solid player, consider a fold. Otherwise I'd suspect he's someone stupidly slowplaying J g00t kicker (who may think you have J not-g00t kicker).
I do bet out the flop 5-handed like that though.
I probably call this with no reads. Though I hate the deep stacks with that call.

Okay, so I should've bet the flop. My reasoning for the check was because the table was pretty aggressive, I figured with no flush draw out the turn card would hopefully be blank and someone else would bet out on the turn. If i bet now i saw folds all around... but i would've been wrong.
I think i made a huge mistake here by not folding. This one kindof bugs me, i feel like if I had just taken a few seconds to think i would've folded, but it was right there the call button so i just clicked it. I respected him enough to know there was no way he was pushing without a Jx full house, he had J8, I just found it odd the way he played it. Up until he pushed, I thought he had some decent jack that he just wanted to play conservatively and call down with to see a moderate showdown. Then he hit his trips and wanted to get a decent pot. But even AJ i don't think would've pushed after i raised to 50. oh well.
