First hand call, he maybe pushing with TPTK or top pair and straight draw. Gutshot if you're lucky.

Second hand... u say he seemed a bit loose/passive, and now comes firing re-raises on 3 diamond straight flop? I'd say you're beat, fold it. If you don't mind losing money, call it down to learn more.

All IMHO of course.

First hand is an easy call. He'll push to protect weak over pairs, draws, and probably bottom two pair. He shouldnt be pushing with a set.

Reraise him as your last action on the hand. If you can't bring yourself to reraise, fold.

You mean the revolver, sir?

First hand is easy call. If you are a maniac he may be making a stand with any overpair or any piece of the flop. You also have the Ah so he is not semibluffing the nut draw and it leaves you with a backdoor nut flush. If he has a set pay it off.

Second hand tough decision since you don't have Ad. I call anyway. Guy only has $15 stack and just committed himself to the pot with that raise. You can only lose $7 more if you make the call of the flop raise. I put him on Ad(random overcard) He needs another diamond and neither the A nor the other overcard will help him. Gamble up!

I'm with the rest. Easy call on the first hand. Second hand is tougher, but I probably lay it down.
If I had a hammer
I'd drop in the morning
I'd drop in the evening..
