OK, here is a B&M full ring hand, second last hand of the night for me, I was too distraught after this one to keep playing.

Hero is UTG,

Hero has Qh8d, I call, 5 limpers, Villan raises, I call, 7 runners

Flop is Ac 8s 6h

Hero checks, MP1 bets, 3 calls, Villan raises.

at this point I fold with middle pair no overcard, cos I put MP3 on a pair of Aces. There was 5 runners on the turn.

Turn card is Qd, River Card is 8h.

Villan wins it with a pair of Aces.

The final pot was around 25BB.

I am 90% sure that I should have folded this hand, but am I correct, is there anyway I could've stayed in this hand?

Fold this garbage preflop. Q8o is as bad as it gets. Given that you played it, fold the flop. What do you care what happened on the turn and river -- you were surely a dog after the flop? Results should be completely irrelevant to your decision to fold. So you could've sucked out with a very bad hand in a very lucky way.... Also, 72o flops the nuts sometimes. Play good cards well instead of hoping for miracles. I know it sucks to see the boat you would've had, but ignore it and keep playing correctly.

sorry but if this hand makes you distraught, you should look into doing something else in your free time. Also as said above limping Q8o here is really a chip waster. Looking for the J109 flop?
