Id raise the flop then check/fold the turn (or call a small bet). With that many limpers someone could very likely have TPGK destroyed.
It seems like a very loose table so a flush draw will call the flop raise anyway.
The fact that he bet out the flop then check/called that turn makes me think he has a hand (probably better than TPTK if he is a passive player).
When he value bets the river into you you can fold happily. Youve played it exactly like the flush and it scares me that he doesnt care.

fold, but consider raising the flop. Don't worry about that hand you played it well that's just one hand that you may have had the best opf on the flop but didn't work out. Though on the river i'll see people do that with qx or nothing.
