Was the call on the turn correct seeing as I'd just hit nut flush draw or was it still a fold even though I put him on AQ after his c/r?

Hand 1

Yeah, good reraise preflop. Now on the flop you need to reraise this to represent JJ+. Villain is obv awful.
On the river I think you should check behind as the he called the turn raise and he isnt going to lay this down.

Hand 2

Bet more on the turn like $10 and bet the river too - $20. My read would be he was on the flush draw, but as you've put he had A6. Do you have a bad image or are you on a table of donks? PPL seem to call you with crap

Hand 3
I don't think you have a tight enough read to put him on AQ alone. You could have just checked behind on the turn getting a free card for the flush. As played yes you have to call the turn as your getting 4:1

1: Yeah, should have raised the flop, but tried to make up for it by representing the flush on the turn. Ovbiously didn't work.

2: Honestly don't remeber how I was playing on the table, it was a few days ago. Agree I should have bet more on turn. Don't think I had any stats on him at the time, but after the flop and turn I was pretty convinced he had a J of some sorts and just didn't feel I would be able to get him of it. Was suprised when he turned over A6.

3: Yeah, maybe should have taken the free card and see what happened. He probably would have led out on the river and I would have probably called, but would have lost a lot less than I actually did.

Thanks for your comments

Any others?

Maybe it's just me, but I don't do big bluffs online at 50NL. With so many calling stations, if I can't bluff someone out by the Turn, there's no way I'm firing a third big river bullet. Plus, I don't find bluffs to be very profitable in the long run. Some work, but I find plenty of situations to get my money in more favorably.

Hand 1 turn bluff is not bad, but if calls it I'm not firing the third...he's probably calling.

Hand 2 I take the free card on the turn.

Hand #3 just sucks and I probably puke and call his turn push I probably only lead for 1/2 pot on turn

Hand 1: just like PokerMuzz said

Hand 2: just like Mixchange said

Hand 3: Before you decide to bet the turn, you need to try to assign villain a range of hands that he could be holding (remember, it is not always about the absolute strength of your hand).

I would guess after villains c/c on the flop(plus the fact he didn't reraise PF), he is probably holding:

A-x: 60%
A-Q: 10%
3-3: 10%
A-3: 10%
Some junky hand he may be planning to bluff with: 10%

You are slightly ahead of his range, but consider how he would play each of these hands on the turn.

With a weak ace (not two pair) i would expect him to lead out. Since he neglected to do so i would guess it is less likely he is holding a weak ace.

With a two pair/set hand he is probably looking to c/r the turn or c/c and bet big on the river. He might sometimes lead out but i think it is more likely he would be looking to c/r in this spot.

Basically taking a free card is best not simply because you are drawing to a flush. It is best because hands that you beat will probably fold to a second bet, and hands that beat you will be looking to make a big raise... forcing you to decide if you want to play a big pot with just TPGK.
