whats the saying..."dont chase a draw on a paired board" ....i think that applies here , it took me a long time to learn it (after being stacked over and over by boats when i hit my str8 or flush) , ...i just call the river bet on the off chance he KQ...

The saying also includes "don't chase straights when there is a flush draw out there". Although I sometimes like to chase the straight and rep the flush.

If you put them on trips then it is usually a bad idea to chase straights/flushes because you don't know which of your outs are clean (plus the fact that you might be drawing dead). The king is a particularly ugly card to hit your flush on.
Add in the fact that this guy is probably playing any Qx, and the chase should have ended on the turn. There are better opportunities to take his chips.
