I have 120 hands on the Villain and Pokertracker says he's a fish, with a VP$IP of over 40. Should I have called this push?

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J, J.
UTG calls $0.02, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.12, MP2 =Villain 2 calls $0.12, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.39) 3, 2, 5 (3 players)

Main Pot: $4.23, between UTG, Hero and Villain 2. > Pot won by UTG ($4.23).
Pot 2: $1.06, between Hero and Villain 2. > Pot won by Hero ($1.06).

UTG has 3h 3d (full house, threes full of fives).
Hero has Jc Js (two pair, jacks and fives).
Villain 2 has 8h 8d (two pair, eights and fives).

KoRnholio will become famous soon enough
Just knowing how often someone sees the flop doesn't indicate how they will play post-flop. He could be a nutcamper and only push with an overpair/set here, or he could be a maniac (unlikely, fish are usually passive).
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Overcall? You mean call the .16 from UTG, but fold to the raise from the Villain?

Im dont think i would call that first bet on the flop unless i had seen UTG bet with nothing (or 88) [Edit: i will usually give someone the benifit of the doubt once and then watch more closely and see what they showdown before i risk my stack on this]. When Villain 2 comes over the top after i have already called once and then UTG calls it in done with the hand.
2 people all-in even at this level usually means that a single pair (even if it is Jacks) is no good.
As for why i fold i actually am not sure what UTG has but Villain2 i put on a possible set (or something that beats JJ) and fold.

Turns out i got them the wrong way around but i still think folding is right here even at 5NL.

Consider the hands that the flop hit. Nobody is pushing here with a paired 2,3,or 5. So they either have a pair of jacks beat or they have a flush draw. I could put one person on a flush draw but not both. You are sunk.
Stakes: Playing $0.10/$0.25 NL
