I want to appologize first ahead of time for not having the exact hand history since I'm at work but I remember the hand well....

$25 NL full ring table 9 players

HERO($30)
VILLAIN($35)

AA dealt to HERO in CO

UTG folds
Villain bets $0.75
everyone folds to me
HERO raises to $1.75
folds back to Villain who calls

FLOP (Jc7c9h)
Villain bets around $3
HERO raises to $9
Villain pushes all-in
HERO calls

I think I put myself in a hard situation since I didn't reraise more preflop.
WWJD?

You think to think through your range and raise size pre-flop.

Post-flop I pay this off. Actually, I wouldn't bother to raise to $9 on this flop since it's a great flop to just push.

Intimidating. Hard to offer my $.02 after fnord has spoken. Here is my experience. At NL10, I'm paying this off. At NL25, I think I'm beat. I play at UB, and I've found there's a much tougher breed at NL25 there, and they rarely stack off with air. Given how it played out, I would probably fold. But I like fnord's push option - let villain make the tough all-in call.

Where do you play? That's got a bit to do with it. But I'm a loser so far at NL25. You might consider grains of salt.
