Yes. It's 20 to call a pot of 93. You're getting more than 4.5:1 odds. You need 1 Q, 3 5s, 3 9s, and 3 3s to beat the flush if that is in fact what he has. 10 outs, that is 3.5:1, and pot odds>odds. +EV.
