#1. Please use the hand converter! http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php AND don't include the results of the hand.

#2. Villian 4-bet you PF. This is usually an indication of a VERY strong hand. You should be playing 77 for SET VALUE only. In other words, "Set it, or forget it." Check/Fold Flop, Turn and River...

#3. Hero calls will cost you money most of the time. Put the villian on a range of hands that he would bet on that river. The ONLY hands that you can beat on that river are KQ, KT, QT, and 44- or other absolute junk. You should have a really good reason to think that he is bluffing before calling here...
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

villain 4-bet the flop. Without a read this means (to me), pocket pair TT-AA, AK, AQs. When the ace flops you're in all kinds of trouble, unless villain has TT-KK - in this context you could argue that the c-bet is fine as it may force better hands to fold, but I'd be betting a little less, if villain is folding to $2.80 they're folding to $2.10 as well. I'd sometimes just check-fold here though. When they don't fold to your flop bet you can be certain that you're beaten. Their check on the turn confirms this, they're hoping you will bet again (I don't put them on QKd due to the pre-flop action). Their river bet is for value, you're beaten and you know it. Fold.

kmind is on a distinguished road
As played, flop is definitely a check behind as your hand is only good for set value (villains at 10nl minraise then 4bet pre with monsters). Fold as soon as possible. The 3-bet pre is opponent dependent but I would probably call. Also, you can't c-bet when he was the last one betting preflop.
