I posted this in irc and got crap for isoing something... was surprised that it was so controversial.

HJ is 50/0 over 17 hands
CO is 17/4 over 50

$0.25/$0.50 No Limit Holdem
7 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($60.35)
UTG+1 ($40.25)
MP ($18.70)
CO ($48.60)
Hero ($103)
SB ($54.65)
BB ($52.05)

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 7 players) Hero is BTN ??
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, Hero ???

Where's your cutoff for isoing/limping.

broadways, A8+, some SCs.
I mean, it depends on blinds' tendencies a little, but not much

I would be a lot more concerned with the limpers tendencies. You should have a reason to ISO them other than 'omg i have position on two limpers.' If they fold too much with their air, a lot more hands can be played. If the 50/0 likes to see every river, you should open a tighter range and limp behind more speculative hands.
ndultimate.

For real guys...
This is a decision you make in under 2 seconds at the table. There is no way you're taking all that shit into consideration.

The discussion in irc was what the cutoff point is from where connectors are GENERALLY better to limp behind than to iso. I limp behind 45s-JTo with two limpers and iso JQo+
There was much dispisement because some people think it's plainly horrible to iso JQ and clearly better to limp behind. - There are legit reasons for both imo.

So I thought I'd get a second opinion.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any more anal retentive. I should just proof read all my posts.
... editing now.

Also I'm quite interested how you adjust your iso ranges there according to post flop tendencies.

We're not really deep enough vs the fish to get really out of line sadly but i'd still raise wider than you here. If we've ever seen the fish limp/fold we can go a bit crazy though because CO will fold a lot when everyone else folds and we just pick up a pot uncontested. wrt postflop tendancies if MP is just gonna bluff at every pot we can limp behind and just bluffcatch ldo. I would expect CO to be very fit/fold with those stats but if he's more FPSy we need to narrow our range again.
