Chopper
upon reading an old thread, i thought i'd really focus on inducing bluffs.

one...tough spot in 3 bet pot...for me. usually i bet out, but lately have seen a ton of raising my "cbets." i thought worse folds, and its possible i am beat, so we may need to check this one. i didnt see a K checking, or anything that beats it in a 3bet pot. so, i thought i was ahead of hands that would only fold if i bet. and, i also thought flush draws take shots at weakness here, too. so, i wasnt worried about one by the river.

do y'all still take a shot somewhere, being that the hand is drawy, or do you try and get to showdown here and maybe max your value by inducing a small bluff?

two...i know most of you would cbet this flop, but i dont know why. i am oop, and this is all kinds of connected. however, i wanted to take my usual shot on the turn, but that 4-carder made me wonder. and, again, i thought, at this point, that if he checks behind, he will only pay me off if he is allowed to bluff...unless he beats me...which he would likely bet by this point. however, the river puts up that damned flush again. but, with my A, i dont see folding here. if he hits flush, he hits flush...at least it'll be cheap.

these arent great hands to you most likely. but, to me they are possibly a turning point. i just wanted to know if these are standard spots to induce bluffs, or if i should still be aggressive at some other point?

clearly, these situations are confusing the crap out of me right now. and, i am trying to maximize my EV in the "only better will call" situations.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!
