Raise him on the end. You would most often see a check raise on the turn if he had a straight.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

shove the river IMO, at the very least make a minraise for value.
Turn would have been c/r'ed as noted above if the guy had a straight.
