3. Now I'm reraised. I called because it's a min-raise and I have position. Looking back at it it's probably a push preflop because of his short stack, but anyway.... My query is about my last bet. Good or bad, considering my last two hands are the only others he's seen me play.

Without any specific reads guys at these limits usually have a tight reraising range. So TT should be a set or forget kind of hand in a reraised pot, unless you can put him on AK. This is usually JJ+ most the time.

If you think you're ahead and he is just playing back push preflop. Otherwise you have no implied set odds, as the guy only has a $20 stack, but w/e.

As played you have the nutz on the flop. Why chase out? I doubt he has an FD either as he would have bet the flop, so you can afford to

a) give villain a fee card
b) make a small bet on the flop, say around $6 or 7 and hope he has JJ+ and c/r's all-in

Preflop is push or fold.

Flop sucks, you give him no chance to bluff. If he has an overpair, you get his money anyway.

If he has an overpair like JJ I get his money if I bet here, but possibly not if an overcard falls. He checks the flop where most players would c-bet. I thought he wanted me to bluff here, which I did.

Anyway, he called with JQ, so my bluff bluff worked. However I can see that I was lucky to get a call, and checking to induce a bluff may be higher EV. Just interested in what people thought of it as a non-standard play.

LOL. This is a pretty standard short stack call. I have 6 outs!
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Maybe I played too much Omaha, but betting when you got the nuts is never that bad. You've been active for the past few hands. I'd just 3/4PSB it, like I would if I had jack shit and was just bluffing

Pretty much my thoughts too, but then again I know I play too much Omaha. Then again, I tend to get raped in NL ring games because I don't respect draws enough when they hit. I think I loosen up way too much from my PLO mindset.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
