Ok, by no means I'm an expert, but I will give this one a try...
Hand 1: Hero sticks it all-in. I think it is far more likely that op holds 2-pair here than a higher set or 10J (he holds 10J of spades, but you filled up? ). Off course, if opp is very passive and only likes to felt nut hands, then this becomes more of a fold, although I probably wouldn't lay it down...
Hand 2: Make a decent raise to about 11 or 12 and stick it AI on the turn regardless (maybe check behind if you get the chance to when a third flush card falls? But then what on the river if he sticks it AI and you didn't fill up?)
Hand 3: I fold here. I think a set or 2-pair are both very likely (unless opp is a complete, 'TPTK is nuts' kind of fish).
Hand 4: Tough spot. What do you know about opp.? How likely is he to bluff or 'value bet' a pair/2-pair here? Against a passive player I think this is a fold with not much invested, otherwise you could think about calling here... (though it looks like a fishy flush line, anxious to know what other people think about this one).
Hope this helps.

Need stack sizes for hand 3 but I just shove over the minraise unless you're deep.

1. Shove. We ahve a set, if he 4 outered us meh, buthes much more likely to have some top two/two pair combo.
2. Dunno, tricky for value. If i think UTG+1 is calling then i push, otherwise its a call and all in on any but a spade turn.
3. bet $9 fold to a raise. He could have Kx as much as KQ or a set in these games IMO. Could have JT but does it play like this?
4. Betting here on flop is bad, soooo many hands look you up, calling a river is even worse.

1. Push.
2. I like to push this at my stakes b/c so many people push flush draws here that you get calls from AQ. Not sure if it's the same at 25NL. If average villain doesn't lead out a flush draw like this then I don't mind a flat call and turn bet or raise.
3. I probably go broke here. Bet turn, call a raise without a read.
4. Bad flop to c-bet. River is a fold, unless villain is spewy.

1 is a pretty easy push IMO
2 I like a flop push too...looks bluffy/drawy and likely to get looked up by aggro types. If you are up against a nit, I wouldn't push though.
3 I probably lead turn. Likely go broke
4 I think a river call is read dependent. Flop cbet is bad, but turn check shows weakness. He can bet missed draws here all day.......
